Our Clydach

Same Site Different Day

There's not much to do in the small town of Clydach if you're a teenager. Stacey, Courtney and Jessica are often bored with their lives and a good night out often means getting into trouble. It's all just a bit of a laugh, until a more serious crime happens...

Made by Kelly Wines, Haley John and friends, with facilitators Sophie Cobb and Neil Williams. Funded by the Regener8 Project and supported by Clydach Community Centre.

introduction

Our Clydach is a documentary about the lives of three teenagers, Joanne, Claire and Carla who live in Clydach Vale, South Wales.  The girls tell us how life is in Clydach, they explore how they would like it to be, and what they would like for the future.

As part of this project - Claire, Carla and Joanne made a short drama called 'Same Site Different Day' which explores the issue of crime in Clydach and their creative solutions to it.
