Cynffig Anti-Bullying film

This film was made as part of BCBC’s New Opportunities Fund. The subject of bullying has become a serious problem in schools and Cynffig Comprehensive are doing great work to combat it. This film was made to illustrate the problems of bullying to new pupils on arrival at the school and explained the school’s innovative anti bullying scheme.

The film contained both live action and animation, with the live action scenes written and performed by some pupils while others designed characters and backgrounds for the animated sequences. Tim received tremendous support from Ruth Thomas, an English teacher at the school who was very involved in implementing the bullying scheme. The film is now an integral part of the schools bullying policy and is giving help and reassurance to pupils at the school. A great success.
